Machine’s emergency button, any urgent condition, it can be pressed, then BGA rework machine immediately stop working, and cross-flow fan start to cool for PCB/chip and infrared preheating area.

The picture as above is a Simulated automobile transportation machine, all of our machines will be running for constant 3 days, then will be vibrated for at least constant 24 hours, after than, let it be working for durative 24 hours, too, in order to find any possible problem out, and prevent possible problem from happening at customers. So far, we are the only one who dose like this in this industry in China.

All of machines packed in plywood box (no need fumigated), stuffed by foam, wood bars to fix, to make sure machine will not be shaken during transportation.

The heaters are the only consumable on these machine, but we provide 3 years warranty, 1 year for whole machine, if distributor, offering 2 years for whole machine.

1. Q: What is a PCB ?

A: Printed Circuit Boards,simply put, which made from layers of fibreglass and copper, glued together.


2. Q: Can I use 110V for this machine?

A: Yes, it can, but please tell us in advance, as some components will be changed.

 

3. Q: Can I use the desoldered chip to solder on PCB again?

A: As the base point are still existing, after reballed, it can be used again.

 

4. Q: How can I know which chip has a problem?

A: Usually, you need a X-RAY machine to diagnose.

 

A few tips of repairing :

Conductor Repair, Welding Method

Prior to using any welding equipment, certain precautions should be taken. The equipment should have electrodes cleaned, aligned and set for the proper board thickness.

 

Test samples that have similar circuit widths, spacing, thickness, surface finish, contour, etc. Observe and test the weld quality, alignment, discoloration, fusion and the appearance of the base material in the area of the weld. Readjust the weld equipment settings and repeat until acceptable results have been achieved.

 

The alignment of the welded ribbon to the circuit pattern should be within 0.050 mm (.002"). The weld bond strength should exceed the circuit/base material bond strength.


PROCEDURE

1.Clean the area.

2.Select a section of Kovar ribbon of the same width as the conductor pattern being repaired ± .050 mm (0.002").

3.Cut the ribbon approximately 3.0 mm (.120") longer than the section being repaired.

4.Clean the ribbon conductor and base material surrounding the repair area.

5.Place and center the ribbon over the section to be repaired leaving equal ribbon end lengths on each side and parallel to the circuit pattern.

6.Place the PC board under the weld electrodes so that the electrodes are depressed to the area of the weld.

7.Hold the ribbon in place with the Precision Tweezers until the weld is completed. Weld in place using settings based on the accepted test samples.

8.Clean the area.

9.Carefully inspect the joint for weld quality and alignment.

10.If required, apply a small amount of flux and tin the entire area with solder.

11.Clean the area. 

Coat the repaired area with epoxy if needed.
